Filing a takedown notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act for one) and believe material on reelall.com infringes your rights, send a notice to contact@reelall.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on reelall.com where the material appears.
- Your contact information (name, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Valid notices are processed promptly — typically within 72 hours — and the identified material is removed or access to it disabled. We may forward the notice to the affected party.
Counter-notices
If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the material's URL, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief, and your consent to jurisdiction of the applicable court.
